It is contended that the facts in this case may be different from the facts of CWP-7431-2017 titled as The Phagwara Palledari Cooperative Labour & Construction Society Ltd. Vs State of Punjab and others which was disposed of by an order and judgement of a Division Bench of this Court dated 11.05.2017 to which one of us (S.J. Vazifdar, CJ) was a party.

The petition is accordingly disposed of by directing respondent No. 3 to respond to the legal notice dated 22.12.2017 within two weeks of the receipt of a copy of this order from the petitioner's advocate. Needless to clarify that all other rights and contentions of the petitioner including the right to adopt any other proceedings are also kept open.
