(Oral) This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing show cause notices dated 10.07.2024 (Annexures P-16 to P-19) and demand notices dated 13.07.2024 and 26.07.2024 (Annexures P-21 and P-23 respectively).

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are few subsequent developments which needs to be incorporated in the present writ petition, therefore, he prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to the petitioners to file fresh one with better particulars on the same cause of action. 3.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
