Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondents for counting past service with effect from 14.11.1980 to 22.03.1988 rendered by petitioner against the sanctioned Govt. aided post of Punjabi Teaher in G.T.B. National High School, Rahaun, Khanna, Ludhiana (Govt. Aided Privately Managed School), as qualifying service for grant of pension and other pensionary benefits with all consequential benefits in accordance with law settled by this Court vide judgment dated 10.03.2010 passed in CWP-14238-1991.

At the outset, learned counsel, on instructions from petitioner, submits that her grievance has been redressed, therefore, he does not want to pursue the present petition any further.

Disposed off accordingly.
