(Through Video Conferencing) **** ANOOP CHITKARA, J (ORAL) Learned State counsel submits that there is no threat perception to the petitioner.
At this stage, based on the statement of learned State counsel and the fact that proceedings under Section 182 of IPC have been initiated, learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions wants to withdraw the present petition. At this stage, learned counsel for private respondents No.4 to 6 submits that he wants to file reply because of the allegations levelled against them in the petition.
However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since this petition has been filed by him, it is his right to continue or not with the present petition and there cannot be any dispute regarding the same. Dismissed as withdrawn.
It shall be open for private respondents No.4 to 6, to avail legal remedies as available to them regarding the allegations. It is clarified that withdrawal of the present petition will not come in the way.
