Seeking setting aside of impugned judgment and order of sentence dated 28.02.2020 passed by Judge, Special Court, Jalandhar whereby the appellant was convicted while allowing the appeal of State, the appellant has come up before this Court by filing the present appeal.

Given the factum of death of the appellant, the main petition is disposed of as abated. Bail bonds and surety bonds furnished by appellant-deceased stand discharged.
