This is the first petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.30 dated 31.07.2018 registered under Sections 307, 148, 149 IPC and under Sections 25/27/54/59 of Arms Act at Police Station Arif Ke, District Ferozepur, Punjab.

Learned State Counsel, on instructions from ASI Kirpal Singh, has submitted that the petitioner has joined the investigation on 05.04.2022 and is not required for further investigation. Keeping in view the facts as noticed in the order dated 18.11.2021 and also the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not further required for investigation, the present petition is allowed and the interim order dated 18.11.2021 is made absolute. 25 - % -
