RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 to 3 not to threat or harass the petitioner at the behest of respondent No.4. It is further prayed to direct the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner, dated 13.07.2024, Annexure P-2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy as available to him under the law.

Allowed as prayed for.
