NIRMALJIT KAUR, J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for the parties agree that `30,000/- would be sufficient amount towards enhancement of compensation taking into account the facts and circumstances of the case as also the settled proposition of law in view of the various judicial pronouncements. In view of the above and taking into account that the above-said order has been passed in the spirit of the Lok Adalat, no interest will be paid on this amount. Let `30,000/- be paid to the appellant-claimants in the same terms as held by the Tribunal within two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. In case `30,000/- is not deposited within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the same shall be deposited alongwith interest @ 12% from the expiry of the said two months. Disposed of accordingly.
