Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks the relief of regular bail, in case FIR No.131 dated 06.05.2021, under Sections 302, 452, 34 of the IPC, registered at P.S. Sadar Mansa, District Mansa. 2.

After addressing arguments for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the instant petition at this stage, however, with liberty to re-access this Court, in case in future there occurs inordinate delay in conclusion of the trial. 3.

Leave granted.

Consequently, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn, however, with liberty (supra).
