***** AMIT RAWAL, J. (Oral) The petitioner is aggrieved of the impugned order dated 10.03.2017 (Annexure P-8) whereby the appeal of respondent No.4 has been allowed and while setting aside the interim order passed by the Deputy Commissioner, the matter was remanded back with a direction to pass a well reasoned speaking order.

The contention of the petitioner is that in fact the order under challenge in the appeal was to be upehld as it pertains only to remand by the Appellate Authority while entertaining the appeal under sub-section 5 of Section 51 of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1984 whereby matter has been remanded back to the Deputy Commissioner to consider and decide the case of suspension of the private respondents from the post of Sarpanch with a period of two months.

Mr. Lalli also submits that on the complaint of the petitioner, a regular enquiry is also going on.

In view of the aforementioned fact, liberty is granted to the petitioner to raise all the pleas taken in the writ petition before the Deputy PANKAJ KUMAR 2017.05.12 13:00 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
