After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail of the remedy of appeal as is provided under Clause 11(x) of Notification dated 29.10.2020 (Annexure P-2), especially, since learned counsel representing University has today informed that a representation filed by the petitioner earlier stands dismissed by the Admission Committee vide order dated 27.12.2020.
