**** DEEPAK GUPTA, J. (Oral) By way of present peon filed under Secon 439 Cr.P.C., peoner prays for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.113 dated 24.07.2023 registered under Secons 420, 120-B IPC at Police Staon Balongi, District SAS Nagar (Mohali), Punjab. Learned counsel for the peoner submits that in compliance of the order dated 05.12.2024, to be read with subsequent orders dated 09.12.2024 and 16.01.2025, peoner has paid an amount of
15 lakhs to the complainant of the case. Learned counsel for the complainant (appearing through video conferencing) concedes the fact that an amount of
15 lakhs has since been received. As such, order dated 09.12.2024 granng interim bail to the peoner is hereby made absolute. However, it is subject to the condion that the peoner has to abide by the undertaking given by him on 05.12.2024 as per which he has to pay the remaining amount of
16 lakhs within the next four months from 15.01.2025 i.e. upto 15.05.2025. Peon stands disposed of.

However, the State/ Complainant will be at liberty to approach this Court for ge?ng the bail cancelled in case the peoner fails to abide by the abovesaid undertaking.
