HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Grievance of the petitioner is that sale deeds (P.10 and P.11) have been registered without obtaining NOC, as per the instructions dated 24.01.2018, as directed by this Court vide order dated 03.08.2021 passed in CWP-PIL No.133 of 2021.

An affidavit dated 06.12.2021 of Sh. Harminder Singh Sidhu, Naib-Tehsildar-cum-Joint Sub-Registrar, Sub Tehsil, Zirakpur has been filed stating that the sale deeds (P.10 & P.11) have been registered only with regard to the agricutural land. The sale deeds pertaining to the agricultural land in village Gazipur were presented before him. Neither any plot number was mentioned nor has name of any colony been referred to. It is further stated that the instructions have been passed on to the entire staff of Sub-Tehsil, Zirakpur not to entertain any sale deed of any portion of land falling within the unauthorized colony at village Gazipur without following the instructions/notifications issued by the Government and any order passed by this Court. COCP No.2559 of 2021 #2# entertaining any sale deed for registration nor will entertain any sale deed in future except in accordance with the relevant instructions and orders of the Courts. It is further stated that the revenue record pertaining to the property in question shall carry a Red-Entry note.

In view thereof, no further directions are required to be issued. Disposed of accordingly. It is made clear that the respondents would faithfully comply with the instructions dated 24.01.2018 till the same are modified.
