(ORAL) Learned counsel for the State on instructions from ASI Darshan Singh submits that pursuant to order dated 31.8.2021 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar (Annexure P-2) the matter stands re-investigated and the investigating agency is in the process of preparing and filing a report under Section 173 (8) Cr.P.C. against the real culprits. In terms of the statement made by learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition be disposed off as having been rendered infructuous.
