++  -)   +     Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.55 dated 01.03.2022, registered at Police Station Badhra, District Charkhi Dadri, under Sections 120-B, 409, 420, 467, 468 and 471 IPC (Section 201 IPC added later on). Vide order dated 23.09.2022 passed by this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.
