The present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction, particularly in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the orders dated 18.08.2009 (Annexure P-5), 29.09.2009 (Annexure P-7), 06.05.2010 (Annexure P-9) and 21.05.2010 (Annexure P-10) passed by respondents No.2, 3, 5 and 6 respectively, being illegal, arbitrary and passed in violation of the applicable statutory provisions and principles governing the matter. is the case of the petitioner that the impugned orders have resulted in grave miscarriage of justice and caused irreparable loss to the petitioner, while the actual beneficiaries and persons responsible for the alleged misconduct were left untouched and the entire liability and stigma have been fastened upon the petitioner alone, who is now a retired senior citizen dependent solely upon his pension.
