(ORAL) At the outset, learned counsel for State submits that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of, as such, because after completion of investigation, the police has cancelled the FIR No. 0110 dated 06.07.2018 (Annexure P-2) registered by the petitioner.

In view of the above, no further action is called for in the present case and the same is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
