Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondent No.2 to hand over investigation of case FIR No. 91 dated 09.07.2019, registered under Section 22 of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Dina Nagar, District Gurdaspur.
