IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA AT
CHANDIGARH CWP No.9972 of 2017 Date of decision:05.07.2017 Karamjit Singh
...Petitioner
Versus
State of Punjab and others ..Respondents CORAM: Hon'ble Mr. Justice Rakesh Kumar Jain
Present:
Mr. G.S.Brar, Advocate, for the petitioner.
***** Rakesh Kumar Jain, J. (Oral) This petition is filed to challenge the orders dated 29.12.2016 and 20.11.2015 passed by the Superintending Canal Officer and the Divisional Canal Officer respectively against the petitioner. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, I am of the considered opinion that counsel for the petitioner has failed to make out any case for the purpose of interference by this Court in the well considered orders passed by the canal authorities. Moreover, the petitioner has not pleaded any ground in the petition to advance his case for challenging the impugned orders. Consequently, the present petition is hereby dismissed being denuded of any merit.
