CORAM:HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AMIT RAWAL -.- AMIT RAWAL J.(ORAL) The grievance of the petitioner is that old labour Union of Food Corporation of India is extending threats to the petitioner of dire consequences and not allowing to execute the work awarded by Food Corporation of India.

In this regard, a representation dated 26.04.2017 (Annexure P-5) was submitted to respondent No.3 i.e. Senior Superintendent of Police, District Kapurthla but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied if an appropriate action is taken on the representation dated 26.04.2017 (Annexure P-5) by respondent No.3 within a time bound manner.

Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to direct the respondent No.3 to consider the representation made by the petitioner vide Annexure P-5 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. If the claim of the petitioner is found justified, the respondent No.3 shall give appropriate direction to provide security to the petitioner in accordance with PANKAJ KUMAR 2017.05.12 13:00 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document law.
