(Oral) The petitioner has rushed to this Court without making a complaint to the district authorities in respect of alleged unauthorized construction being raised by the private-respondents on the Gram Panchayat land.

Since the petitioner has made allegations regarding encroachment on the Gram Panchayat land and constructions being raised by the private-respondents thereupon, we dispose of this writ petition without expressing any views on the merits of allegations, with a direction to the District Development and Panchayat Officer, SAS Nagar Mohali and the Block Development and Panchayat Officer, Derabassi, to ascertain the correct facts and take necessary remedial action as may be required in law. The needful be done within a period of one months from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order.
