This is a petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 209, dated 23.10.2020 registered under Section 21(b), 61 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act, 1985 at Police Station Kabarwala, District Sri Muktsar Sahib. Custody certificate has been filed in Court today, which is taken on record. According to which, the petitioner has been released on bail vide order dated 08.02.2021 passed by Addl. Sessions Judge, Sri Muktsar Sahib. This petition was filed on 23.12.2020. No one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner on the previous dates and same is the position today. In view of the fact that the petitioner had already been released on bail on 08.02.2021, no orders are required to be passed in this petition. Disposed of accordingly.
