**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) The petitioner herein seeks promotion to the post of Kanungo from the post of Patwari having the necessary qualifications. A legal notice has already been served by the petitioner upon the department concerned which is still pending consideration. At the present moment, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner limits his prayer to an early consideration and decision of the legal notice dated 29.03.2017 (Annexure P-3).
