Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNSS') for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.5 dated 3.1.2025, under Sections 109, 118(1), 191(3), 190 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, registered at Police Station Talwandi Sabo, District Bathinda. 2.

Faced with the situation that the injured is yet to be examined as a prosecution witness, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition in hand at this stage. He has submitted that the trial Court be directed to expeditiously recorded the testimony of the injured witness. 3.

The instant main petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.
