Learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, states that the respondent would be withdrawing the petition bearing No.GS/24/2021 titled as "Tajinder Singh Vs. Pal Kaur @ Parneet Kaur" filed by him under Section 25 of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondent, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not wish to press the present petition at this stage. The learned counsel, however, seeks liberty to get the present petition revived in case the respondent does not withdraw the petition filed by him under Section 25 of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890.
