*** NAMIT KUMAR, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in a case bearing FIR No.271 dated 13.07.2021 under Sections 420, 468, 471, 120-B IPC and Sections 65, 66, 66-C, 66-D of the Information Technology Act, 2000, registered at Police Station Chandimandir, Panchkula, Haryana.

Vide order dated 12.10.2022 while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to order dated 12.10.2022, petitioner has joined the investigation and as such his interim bail may be made absolute. The learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Mann Singh has affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his further investigation in the present case is not required.

In view of the above, interim order dated 12.10.2022 is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.

The present petition stands disposed off.
