The present petition has been filed for directing the respondents to give joining/appointment letter to the petitioners, who were recommended and are placed at Sr. No.57, 61, 89, 99 and 73 respectively. 2.
Learned counsel submits that the petitioners had applied under EBPG category pursuant to Advertisement No.11/2015 dated 01.12.2015, Annexure P-1 as also corrigendum dated 15.02.2017, Annexure P-2 and after the interview, the result of the said post was declared only on 09.02.2021, Annexure P-9, wherein the cut off marks for their category were 179, while that of waiting was 178, however were not issued appointment letter and thus have not been allowed to join. She further relies upon the orders dated 21.12.2023, 14.11.2022, 10.01.2023 and 27.02.2024, Annexures P-14 to P-17, respectively passed by this Court in various writ petitions, with regard to which representations dated 04.04.2024, 06.05.2024 and 04.05.2024, Annexure P-10 to P-13, have been submitted by the petitioners, which have yet not evoked any response. She thus, at this stage, on instructions, from the petitioners, prays that a direction be given to the respondents MOHIT 2024.08.23 14:19 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
