Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner, namely Mulakh Raj in case FIR No. 119 dated 07.07.2019, registered under Section 420 IPC and Section 13(1)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 at Police Station Bhogpur, District Jalandhar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the matter in controversy is civil dispute and has been amicably settled with the complainant-respondent No.2.
