Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and while refraining from expressing any opinion on merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police, Karnal to look into the matter pertaining to FIR No.57 dated 6.8.2019 under Section 10 of POCSO Act and Sections 323, 354, 452, 506 IPC, Police Station Assandh, Karnal is investigated expeditiously so that a final report be filed at the earliest.
