***** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Vide this common order, above-mentioned two petitions, arising out of the same FIR, are being disposed of. For brevity, recitals/facts are from CRM-M-38009 of 2019.

Petitions herein have been filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') seeking quashing of FIR No.0131 dated 13.08.2019, under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short 'IPC'), registered at Police Station City Patti.

At the outset, learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Narender Singh, submits that after investigation, cancellation report is at the final stage of being prepared and is likely to be filed before the competent Court below in due course. 4.

Being so, nothing survives for adjudication.
