***** SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J.(ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus thereby directing the respondents to grant parole to the petitioner with a further prayer to decide the reminder application dated 11.06.2025 (Annexure P-1).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied in case a direction be issued to respondent No.4 to look into the application dated 11.06.2025 (Annexure P-1), within a time bound manner. In view of the above, without commenting upon the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4/Superintendent of District Jail, Karnal to look into the application dated 11.06.2025 (Annexure P-1) and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of four weeks by passing a speaking order. A copy of order so passed be supplied to the petitioner within one week thereafter.
