(ORAL) Vide this petition, the petitioner seeks the concession of 'anticipatory bail' under the provisions of Section 438 of the Cr.P.C., upon FIR no.321, dated 28.05.2021, having been registered at Police Station Hansi City, District Hisar, alleging therein the commission of offences punishable under Section 3(1) (u) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. An affidavit dated 06.12.2021, has been filed by the DSP, Narnaund, which is ordered to be taken on record.

As per paragraph 5 of the said affidavit, it is stated that the petitioner having joined investigation (pursuant to the order of this court), and recovery of a mobile phone used in the (alleged) commission of the offence having been made, her custodial interrogation is not required for any purpose and therefore this DINESH 2021.12.12 23:39 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
