Learned counsel for respondent nos.2 and 3, on instructions, states that though the case is fixed for evidence of respondent nos.2 and 3, however, they do not wish to lead any further evidence and would argue the matter on the next date of hearing i.e. 05.01.2023. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the parties, the present revision petition is disposed off with a request to the Court concerned to hear the arguments on the next date and to conclude the matter expeditiously.
