  shall plant 10 saplings of indigenous plants at a public place and submit proof in that regard by way of photographs bef fore the trial court within a period of 15 days and if t there is no such intimation submitted or intimation is found to be incorrect, then the State can move an app plication for cancellation of bail of the petitioner; and

-3- ( (ii) the petitioner shall mark his attendance in the trial court once in fortnight.
