***** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing respondent No.4 to decide the representation dated 06.07.2022 (Annexure P-19). Pleaded case is that pursuant to statutory appeal dated 21.03.2022 (Annexure P-8) filed against the order dated 07.03.2022 (Annexure P-7) of punishment of termination of services of petitioner, it was recommended to reinstate the petitioner. Appellate Authority also asked respondent No.4 to take appropriate action vide letter dated 22.06.2022 (Annexure P-18), but no action has been taken till date. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that aforesaid representation dated 06.07.2022 (Annexure P-19) has not been adverted by the respondents till date. Hence the petition. 3.

On advance service, learned State counsel appears and submits that a decision will be taken by competent authority, either way, on the MAHAVIR SINGH 2022.09.24 12:18 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

pending representation dated 06.07.2022 (Annexure P-19) by passing a speaking order.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner also seeks decision on the pending representation, as suggested by learned State counsel.

Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to seek return by any of the respondents as no further proceedings and/or pleadings are required.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to look into the pending representation dated 06.07.2022 (Annexure P-19) of the petitioner and pass an administrative order, in accordance with law. 7.

Let the needful be done as expeditiously as possible. 8.

Disposed of accordingly.
