The issue already stands decided against the petitioner vide judgment, dated 30.08.2024, rendered in Civil Writ Petition No.21361 of 2024 titled Sushma & others vs. State of Haryana & others. 3.

Accordingly, there is no ground to entertain the petition. 4.
