Instant petition has been filed under Section 439(2) Cr.P.C seeking cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondents No.2 to 5, vide order dated 05.10.2021 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Kapurthala in FIR No.170 dated 26.09.2021, registered under Sections 452, 323, 509, 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Hariana, District Hoshiarpur (Annexure P-8).

At the outset, counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to move an appropriate application before the competent Court seeking cancellation of the anticipatory bail of the private respondents.
