Mr. Nonish Kumar, Advocate for the appellant. Mr. Punit Jain, Advocate for the Ins. Co.

* * * * Counsel for the parties stated that the matter had earlier been compromised and it was agreed that the appellant is entitled to a sum of Rs.30,000/- over & above the amount already awarded by the Tribunal and a cheque for that amount had been issued by the Insurance Company in favour of the appellant. It is now stated that cheque was not encashed within the validity period of three months. The appellant has now given a request for issuing a fresh cheque in lieu of old cheque.

Mr. Punit Jain, learned Counsel for the Insurance Company submits that the cheque for that amount in favour of the appellant would be issued within a period of two months from today and will be either handed over either to the learned counsel for the appellant or sent to the appellant within a period of two months.

This disposes of the appeal.

A copy of this order be given to learned counsel for the parties.
