*** ANUPINDER SINGH GREWAL , J.(Oral) The petitioner is seeking directions to respondent Nos.1 to 4 to implement/comply the order dated 29.11.2023 (Annexure P-1) passed by respondent No.5 and the recovery certificate dated 27.03.2025 (Annexure P-2) issued in Execution Application No.24/2024.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No.2 be directed to recover the amount, which is payable to the petitioner by respondent Nos.3 and 4 as arrears of land revenue by way of attachment of the assets of respondent Nos.3 and 4.
