Ltd. and others (Annexure P-1), pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Chandigarh.

CRM-M-38462-2019 (O&M) -220.09.2019, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 10.09.2019, passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner had surrendered before the trial Court and was released on bail vide order dated 20.09.2019. Since, the order dated 10.09.2019, passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court, has already been complied with by the petitioner, no further action is required to be taken in the instant case.
