The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.376, dated 01.07.2023, registered under Section 21 NDPS Act, 1985 (Sections 27-A, 29, 61, 85 NDPS Act, 1985 added later on) at Police Station Ambala Cantt, District Ambala. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant petition on account of the fact that the petitioner stands arrested. 3.
