Learned State counsel has referred to para 9 of the affidavit dated 15.01.2018. Same reads as under:- "9. That in reply to the content of this Para, it is respectfully submitted that it is specifically mentioned in the recommendation report of District Magistrate Amritsar that the house of petitioner is in good condition whereas it is mentioned in the Panchayatnama that the House of petitioner requires repair thus it is concluded in the recommendation report of the District Magistrate Amritsar that the contents mentioned in the Panchayatnama are not correct."

In view of above, no further direction is necessary. Petition is hereby dismissed.
