* * * * As agreed, as per statements of the learned counsel for the appellant as well as counsel for the respondent-Union of India, separately recorded, a sum of `40,000/- (Rupees Forty Thousand Only) over and above the amount already awarded by the Tribunal is allowed to the appellant in full and final settlement of the claim. Two months' time is allowed to the respondent-Union of India to deposit the amount with the MACT, Ambala, failing which, interest at the rate of 9% per annum shall follow on this amount till payment from the date of this order. The enhanced amount be paid to the appellant-Yashdeep Kaur (minor) through her natural guardian/mother, Smt. Swaran Kaur through account payee's cheque or be deposited in her Bank Account.

The appeal is disposed of accordingly.
