The present petition has been filed for directions to the respondents No.1 to 5 for re-examining the petitioner in the presence of senior police officials/doctors in FIR No. 274 dated 15.5.2025, registered under Sections 115, 3(5) and 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 2.

It has been stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that a complaint was submitted at window with regard to medical re-examination of the petitioner. According to learned counsel for the petitioner, he has information that the Board has been constituted for re-examination of the petitioner.

In view of above, submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition has become infructuous. Hence, the same is hereby dismissed, accordingly. However, it is made clear that if any cause arises with regard to investigation of the present case, the petitioner may seek remedy before the Court of learned Area Judicial Magistrate.
