(ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.166 dated 11.10.2020 registered under Sections 420, 448, 511, 119, 200, 120-B IPC and Section 82 of Registration Act, 1908 at Police Station E Division (Kotwali), District Police Amritsar. Counsel for the petitioner herein submits that the petitioner is ready to surrender before the trial Court and he shall file an application for grant of regular bail before the trial Court, which may be decided expeditiously.
