Learned counsel would contend that the petitioners, who were working as Clerks, have already taken the SAS Part-I examination, however as per the decision taken in the meeting dated 24.12.2020 that Part-II exam also has to be held twice, which in the present case has not been. In this regard, a representation dated 12.06.2024, Annexure P-4, has been submitted however the same has yet not evoked any response. He thus, at this stage, on instructions, from the petitioners, prays that a direction is given to respondent No.2 to decide the same in a time bound manner. 2.

Notice of motion.

At the asking of the Court, Mr. Harish Nain, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and has no objection to the limited prayer made.

In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 12.06.2024, Annexure P-4 expeditiously, in accordance with law.
