This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for violation of the order dated 19.05.2025 passed in CWP-12405-2025. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to order dated 19.05.2025 passed in CWP-12405-2025 a speaking order has since been passed and in view thereof she does not wish to press the present petition and seeks liberty to the petitioner to avail his remedies as available in law. Permitted to do so.

Dismissed as not pressed with the liberty aforesaid. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
