By virtue of instant petition preferred under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has sought issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to complete the service book of the petitioner and pay him all the arrears and balance of retiral benefits along with interest @ 18% per annum with all consequential benefits. 2.
At the very outset of the arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner feels satisfied in case direction is issued to respondent No.3 to consider his case within a stipulated period. 3.
Accordingly, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3-Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Ludhiana to consider the claim as set up in the legal notice dated 01.02.2018 (Annexure P-8) and take a conscious decision in accordance with law within a period of three Sonika 2018.03.28 13:06 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
