By way of present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for quashing of FIR No.125, dated 14.07.2011, under Sections 420, 120-B, 182, 211 and 201 IPC, Police Station, City Khanna (Police District Khanna), District Ludhiana and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned State counsel submits that a cancellation report, which was prepared by the investigating agency on 19.11.2018, absolving the petitioner of the allegations levelled against her already stands subjudice before the concerned Illaqa Magistrate.

In view of the aforesaid, the present petition at this stage being premature is disposed of with the direction to Illaqa Magistrate/JMIC, Khanna to take final decision on the cancellation report dated 19.11.2018 SONIKA 2023.02.17 17:58 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
