This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of directions to the official respondents to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner from the hands of respondents No. 6 to 9 by taking appropriate legal actions and not to harass the petitioner by unnecessarily calling him and make him sit for long hours at police station or in the office of respondent No.9 with a further prayer to direct respondents No. 2 to 4 to decide the application dated 13.07.2025. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the petitioners have preferred a representation/complaint dated 13.07.2025 (Annexure P-3) to respondent No.3- Senior Superintendent of Police, Ludhiana (Rural), District Ludhiana, Punjab but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel submits that he would be satisfied if directions are issued to respondent No.3- Senior Superintendent of Police, Ludhiana Renu Rawat 2025.07.18 10:28 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited prayer made by the petitioners, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3- Senior Superintendent of Police, Ludhiana (Rural), District Ludhiana, Punjab to consider and decide the representation/complaint dated 13.07.2025 (Annexure P-3) of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and pass an appropriate order.
